My technicians were Rob and Jon. They were both fantastic. They were both very polite and dealt with my frustrations from what I was "sold" very professionally. They showed up on the dot of the time promised, covered my floor with mats to avoid mess (it was raining) and was efficient in completing their tasks. They took the time to walk me through both furnace and A.C. units as well as my new thermostat. They ensured I was comfortable and satisfied to the best of their abilities before they left.

UPDATE: My issue with Yuri was resolved and he delivered what was promised. So I updated the rating to reflect this.
