For me both my work employee benefits and AARP were suggesting I use TrueCar to determine the best price for a 2016 Toyota Highlander XLE AWD. The Highlander continues to have no incentives because of its popularity. The price I was emailed looked excellent but the only dealer in the Twin Cities area was Carlson Toyota in Coon Rapids. I took the quote and went to two other dealers much closer to my home. However, neither could even come close to the price offered by Carlson. In fact, the closest price was still almost $2000 more than Carlson Toyota. Driving up to Coon Rapids no longer seemed like a bother. When I got there, things continued to be even better. I worked with Brian Kime at Carlson Toyota and he made the entire buying situation an absolute breeze. What enjoyable man with whom to work. The Highlander came in earlier than expected which was another plus and going back to the dealer to work with Brian and now also with Mark from finance again was then most relaxing situation. My wife and I laughed and joked with the staff at Carlson Toyota as they patiently introduced us to our brand new Highlander. The entire experience has me telling others about Carlson Toyota and having me strongly considering now getting my next new car at Carlson when it is time to replace our other vehicle. Thank you Carlson Toyota, you are the BEST!!!!
