I've owned dozens of motorcycles over the past 35 years. Only 4 of those have been purchased at a dealership. My 3 previous experiences were your typical nightmare scenarios. Not the case with Dallas HD! These people clearly get it. They're all motorcycle enthusiasts and treat you with the respect and service you'd expect at your Mercedes dealership. The staff is amazing! From the moment you walk in to huge smiles and warm greetings from the ladies at the counter - to the incredibly knowledgable gents in the parts dept (Big thanks to Steve and AJ for all their help). I purchased a new 2020 RG Limited and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. My sales people (Cam and Jack) were more like "assistant buyers" through the sales process, giving me the knowledge I needed to make the best decision for me and my riding style. I never felt led in any one direction and truly enjoyed my interaction with both of them. Also, Jack in finance and Trey (GM) were extremely professional and made a lasting impression. Great job, Dallas HD!
