I only had two adjustments, which I got through groupon. I felt terrible after the first treatment but the doctor said the second treatment will probably not have the same consequence. In fact, it was much worse. It has been 5 days and I am having terrible non stop pain in my neck and sholders. I have been trying for 3 days to call and cancel the third treatment but they don't answer their phone. I left a voice message and got no reply. I sent an email and got no reply. I felt those people only care about money and customers that pay them. Also, if I did not ask the dr about the result of my x-ray, he would not have shown or explained it to me. I also left the office not having an idea how many treatments I may need and how much money I have to spend before feeling better. Of course we can't know for sure but an experienced dr should at least be able to give an approximate number of how many treatments are needed after seeing my x-rays. I also have no idea if the treatment is permanent or if I will need further treatments in the future. Overall, my feeling was negative.
I gave 2 stars because the doctor was very nice and polite and seemed experienced.
