The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. When the left hand finds out, it looks to sabotage the right hand. Lack of teamwork in regards to management, when a problem arises solutions are discussed in earnest, but no action is taken. Job hunter beware . . . huge employee turnover. . . there has to be a reason why.
