It was our second visit to Per Se. We remember a few dishes from last time (pearl oyster and the cappuccino mousse), but other were new. The dinner menu is tasting menu only, but there are a few variations and upgrades for selected dishes (beef steak, caviar, etc.) The food and experience is one in a kind. Knowledgeable and attentive staff presented and explained to us all the dishes and could help if needed with the wine selection (they had an amazing bottle of Barolo!).
