Wow three weeks in the shop and it was still broke...
Wow three weeks in the shop and it was still broken. Very poor communication. They never answer the phone. You have to do everything thru a texting app.
They wanted me to leave it again. Mind you this was the third time I had it in for the exact same problem.
And how did it get fixed? My husband explained what he would do and guess what, they did it and it fixed it.
Not really winning my vote of confidence in the service department.
