During a new construction, completed in April 2018, they forgot (!!!) to put the seal on a facade of the building. Result, it's been more than a year that water infiltrates our walls, the damage is very important. We now live with holes in the ground to evacuate water and large machines to try to dry the walls (which otherwise will have to be completely redone if it does not work). The icing on the cake, when they said they came last Friday and no one showed up without warning, they came Monday to "fix" their mistake and yet there is still water coming out of the facade, indicating that the waterproofing was not done well ...
