Schell Brothers' homes and communities were one of the first we looked at when we decided it was time to move back to the shore. From the sales team to our design center consultant to our construction manager every single person involved took the time to answer every question we had. We received weekly updates and pictures throughout the build process. We appreciated all of the opportunities to visit the home during the build and ask questions during the framing tour and drywall walkthroughs. Schell even set up opportunities for us to meet many of our soon to be new neighbors. Schell even provided the champagne.
