We first came in contact with Northside Realty, and Barry Yates, in early 2014. We had been going through a difficult time with our home and were in need of a new residence, although we were unable to make any moves at that time.

Barry stayed in contact with us, periodically checking in to offer whatever assistance he could to help us resolve our issues. He consistently offered his time and energy to help us even though we had no foreseeable way to purchase a home at that time.

Ultimately, after three years, and with much help from Barry, we were in a position to purchase our next home. Barry already knew what we were looking for since he had spent so much of his time supporting our efforts during the previous years. We closed on our brand new home in early 2017, with relative ease, but where there were wrinkles, Barry jumped right in and smoothed them out.

Barry started out as our realtor and ended up becoming our friend, one who we treasure greatly to this day. We highly recommend him to everyone we meet or speak to who's interested in any real estate in North Carolina.
