So, unknown if their reservation situation is due to COVID or that they just don't normally do reservations during peak season, however, here is what you should know before you go. This restaurant has a long wait for seats. Peak time could be 2 and a half to 3 hours. If you are trying to fit this restaurant into your schedule, download the resy app and set up and account before you go to Portland. They use this app to create a waitlist for the restaurant. You need to be within 4 miles of the restaurant otherwise the app won't let you add your name to the wait list. It also gives you an approximate time from when you add yourself. Then, if you want to keep track of where you are on the wait list, you can text back "place" to your confirmation text, and they will tell you how many parties are in front of you. Trust me, this is something you want to know this way you don't just show up and get told it is a 3 hour wait
