The customer service at FITS Technology is average. I found their website easy to navigate and their products were decent. However, I didn't have the best experience with their technical support team. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the solutions they provided were not very helpful. Overall, I would say FITS Technology is an okay company to work with.
