Once you are in a contract with this lady, she will stop responding to your calls or emails. She will not update you on the case status and you'll be left hanging in the middle of nowhere. When we used to ask her to provide us with the copies of documents that she has submitted, she gave us hard times providing them saying that she does not provide the copies to clients. Is that when legal? Can you refuse to provide the copies pertaining to our case? I would not recommend her services.
