Appointment to visit an apartment in Lyon planned for 1 week! First approach: there will be no agents to visit us but we have to come and pick up the keys at 10 am at the agency to visit ourselves, fine. So we arrive on Friday at 10 am at the agency as planned. 1h30 drive to go from our place, price of parking in lyon and under a hot day.
And what a nice surprise when we arrive there to learn that the apartment is already rented and that we have therefore returned for NOTHING!
In addition, a "real estate agent" in her twenties looking down on my mother and I by trying to invent that she warned us by phone call, which is of course totally false.

When I see the number of negative reviews on this "agency" I imagine that this is representative of total incompetence but also of disrespect towards its customers, and what in the long term will turn against them.
