My husband paid for my stay here because he wanted to guarantee that I would have good enough service and WiFi to play online and communicated with him by being the typical gaming nerd couples. However.... the biggest reason he got this hotel they could not provide. Their Wi-Fi wouldn't connect and they don't have Ethernet cords. And what upsetted me the most was their IT was less useful than their young gentlemen who answered room service for a sandwich. He at least tried and looked on Google YouTube videos, searched for a cord, and came back and asked if everything was good. His name was very unique but he had a lovely accent. Carrie, Stephanie, and tomora lovely people as well. I felt like all of the younger people held professionalism at a very high standard and I was impressed. So.... even though this hotel was useless for what I needed and my husband spent 900 and he could not game with me. Because these 4 people brightened my day and the lovely barenter next to the restaurant I will give it 4 stars. But I can't do 5. The people were amazing but it's the owner who lacked the basic needs and made me feel like my money was waisted. Also had to add my room was FREEZING cold and I was tense the entire time even though it was warm outside. Had the thermostat for 79 but it stayed at 69 but I couldn't stop shaking and my body was tense the entire time so I feel like that was a lie.
