Well, the room on the surface, in comparison to the online photos, was a bit bland and disappointing. Room was basic. But, the staff were really lovely friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to comply with my mother's requests (kettle/iron in room etc) instantly. Room was cleaned really nicely every day. Roof top pool was small but adequate and a good sunbathing area with fantastic views over barcelona. Lovely rooftop bar/cafe. Hotel is very close to metro, Only 15mins to la ramblas and the surrounding areas are worth exploring too. only 15mins taxi ride from airport. There are so many hotels in barcelona that look amazing but this one was definitely a good experience and I would recommend it.
