Does what is says on the box. We had a rental property that needed the drains flushed out. They quoted a day and a price and they were there and the price was correct. The downside was the cost of having someone out on the weekend vs the cost of during the week. I still haven't received a receipt yet but the amount debited was the amount they quoted.
