It was Friday and I was on the way into the office when I dropped my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and cracked the screen. The plan was to use the Tablet during a forthcoming Cruise ... Ouch! On Saturday morning I went online and found iReVamp. Just what I needed. I used there site to describe the problem and purchase their screen repair service. Two hours later, at 11:15 on Saturday, I dropped the tablet off at UPS using the mailing label provided by iReVamp via email. On Monday I received an email from iReVamp with a 2:15PM time stamp that they had received my Tablet. At 4:35PM I received another email from iReVamp that my Tablet had bee repaired and sent via USPS priority mail back to me!!! WHAT? is this even possible? On Wednesday, at 11:15AM I received my Tablet back in perfect condition. In a word amazing!!! Cruising with our tablet - here we come. iReVamp saved the day. What did it cost? $144.00 with shipping. Sign me "Happy ReVamp customer" Highly recommended.
