Infant toddler group was amazing. The 3-5 year old groups are too large, not enough engagement with the children, and they are not proactive with helping children with difficulties. They allow situations to escalate and then react/intervene. They do not provide guidance in situations until after something has happened. Truly a disappointing environment and not at all industry leaders.
