I had an issue with my car that fell under warranty. The guy was great about getting that handled and fixed, but I also brought my car in for other check ups. I was in for regular maintenance like an oil change, to get my tires rotated, wheel bearings inspected, and to get my tire pressure gauges reset. They fixed the warranty issue, but having my car all day they didn t do the regular maintenance, but still yet called me to let me know that my car was ready to go. I m irritated because I dropped it off at noon and they didn t check any of the issues that were also important to me. I tried to rent a car, but there were a few issues with that. The lady that handled the car rentals was just plain rude. When people that worked with her came around she changed her attitude, but she had a very rude attitude and acted like we were just there to waste her time. We were misdirected multiple times to the wrong area of the dealership. Very disappointed. Going elsewhere to get my regular maintenance done. It s a shame that I m not going to a Chevy dealership to get my Chevy maintenanced.
