My wife and I have been purchasing vehicles at the same dealership for over 20 years until this last week. We left the Chopped establishment after the suggestion was to kick rocks on a bid. They have lost their finesse!
We took the advice and ventured across the freeway to Finlay Toyota after making contact with Mr. Payam Hamzehi. This gentleman is the epitome of his profession! I expected to haggle but there was none. There was no pressure. There was no long wait. And we drove away so satisfied that we were amazed. The payments were even lower than I could ever expect. We began to realize why this place was so busy. What the heck was I doing all these years of missing out on my purchases! We even saw the man who says "I'll do anything to sell you a car" busy behind the front desk working! Holy Cow! He's actually working! And what really got us was seeing happiness throughout this dealership! And the entire organization was running like a well oiled machine. Our experience was unforgettable. Thank you Mr. Payam Hamzehi for helping us. We are very satisfied with our purchase. And thank you Mr. John Barr for running such an awesome dealership. We truly found an establishment that we can always feel comfortable about coming back.
