Set into the mountains on 89 acres overlooking Uniontown. Built in 1953, it was one of Wright's last houses, and reflects his later Usonian style.
The house is so well-ventilated it needs no air conditioning. Unlike other Wright homes, this has never had structural or leaking problems, thanks to a steel frame. Outdoor photography only allowed, and you must book a guided tour to visit. We enjoyed strolling through the sculpture garden, which includes a section from the Berlin Wall.
