I've used several of this Delaware incorp. agents over the years and Inc Now is by far the best. They have excellent customer services and support. Not to mention they mailed me all my materials and stock certificates in a nice little binder. I was very surprised because none of the other agencies did anything like that. Not to mention very competitive prices for their services. They even remind you when DE taxes are due, which saved me because I would have forgot had they not reached out to me to remind me. If you're reading this review now, don't waste your time with any other place.
