There is a a high turnover rate here at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center. They don't hire Men for common or general positions.
Unless you are a new Doctor or seasoned Male nurse good luck getting pasted the biased HR department. Honestly when you visit next start counting how many men you see working here. It is so off balanced that you are looking at a 70% female to 30% male work force. Is this equality?
Maybe if Long Beach Memorial would hire more MEN their female work force could get some relief and there wouldn't be such a high turnover rate.
