Clearly from the reviews someone is spoofing Synter and sending out fake UPS collections. Not sure why Synter is allowing this to continue. We don't ship with UPS, we use USPS, and if we did ship with UPS we would pay it up front. Yet we have collections notices from Synter for precisely the same amount (a little under $60) that everyone else is mentioning. It's an obvious scam, not sure why Synter continues to defend it instead of working on figuring out who is spoofing them.
