Since I have only played it once, I don't know if conditions have improved. Anyways, the course has tons of potential. I bet on its best day, it looks and plays fantastic. Unfortunately, I went a day when conditions were pretty bad. Grass was very muddy and lots of areas under repair. There were also lots of bugs on the holes next to water.
