Normally, we would receive a phone call from the Service Rep with the work that needed to be completed and any additional work that the shop would recommend (like the tires) ... We did not get that call this visit, so we were in the dark. in addition, we did not get a call when the work was complete. Poor communication this visit ...a downturn from previous service visits.
