Very unorganized. My husband got a call from this place asking to collect a pair of key to his car. we went there and mentioned the name of person to reach out and no one knows her. He mentioned that he has come to get keys and they have no clue who s responsible for that job even. He kept running here and there for 40 minutes and finally got to know that the lady who called us has left for the day. With nothing much to do, we walked out after an hour. While we are driving back to home we got a call from that lady asking when will we be coming there to collect the keys. So much of time wasted
