This company, at least where I have worked, is dysfunctional. They will let you work understaffed for years with no end in sight. You will constantly have to do things that are above your pay grade, and when you ask for a raise, they will decline. They have all these 'upper management' people, literally, like 5 levels of upper management. Don't ask me what they actually do except throw out "let me know how I can help you" but do nothing. None of their websites are user friendly, but you're expected to know how to work them. Did i mention you won't be actually trained? You'll wing it, or you'll learn from someone else who has winged it, and then when you're not doing something correct, said 'upper management' will come tell you what you're doing wrong, but provide zero relief. The turn over is so high, and when you explain why, nothing changes.
