The technician (Jake) who came to our home was very knowledgeable about our Lennox HVAC system. We have been monitoring our usage since his visit and we are warmer with the changes he made and are using less energy. He was VERY patient with us as he explained how different settings on the thermostat would affect our usage and comfort. Thank you Quality Degree & Jake for a job well done!
