Adam ruined this place for me. I drove up from Lincoln to test drive a car. After being transferred multiple times from one representative to another over phone and email, I was once again handed off to another representative, Adam, in the lobby. Adam let me go for a test drive, what u came to do. I drove the car for about 10 minutes, and then he asked me if I wanted to take it home. I told him my price range and that the car was out of my budget but if he had one in this range, I would love to. He proceeded to try to sell me hard. Adam told me I needed to flex my budget, and tried to confuse me with different loan terms and rates, all while talking down on me. He would not explain things or listen, but rather tried to confuse me with numbers and act like I didn t understand. I will not be returning here for any reason, and I would not recommend this place to a friend.
