My wife & I have stayed here several times for convenience, we enjoyed the first couple of times however each subsequent stay has been progressively worse. The rooms are ridiculously hot & I can't believe that a 4 star hotel has NO air conditioning. We have experienced a level of incompetence that I wouldn't expect from such a hotel. We dined at the boat house restaurant where I was served raw mussels that literally had chunks of ice on them!!! Clearly not fresh so microwaved or flash fried, either way I was nearly poisoned. I then ordered the seabass that was no where near fresh & was also sent back to the kitchen. The restaurant manager looked 17yrs old & his inexperienced response was unsatisfactory. Impressive hotel on the face of it, however the staff, quality of food & lack of air conditioning is a major disappointment. In my view this is a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star.
