This place changed ownership about 1 yr ago - the new owner Henry is really top notch and this place has a really charming flavor to it. Our family of 4 rented a villa and it was clean and well kept. If you want to pay sub 200 for a suite with kitchen, you cannot expect Hiltonesque amenities. The location is good with access the bayside beach and free kayaks to boot. Staff is helpful and responsive. We love hidden gems like this that are harder to find as over development squeezes out small owner/operators. Seafarer is about 5 mins from Pennecamp park, and some great restaurants (Keys Backyard Fishery, Denis Latin Cafe, Ms Macs Kitchen). If you want to access a decent ocean side beach go to Sombrero Beach which has free parking... We would stay here again for sure and are looking forward to our next trip back to the keys!
