I made a regular maintenance reservation online without being told the price. Out of curiosity, I called to confirm the price, out of my horror, they charge more than 4 x more expensive (nearly 4 digit, totally insane for a regular service) than another reservation that I made later nearby. They call that a "full service". Then I asked for the "regular service" (without "service that you don't need", but only tire rotation, oil change, cabin/engine air filter replacement), and its still 2 x more expensive. It would be great if they could simply show the price when the online reservation is made, in which case customers could make more informed choice without wasting time.
