I recently bought corolla from Toyota sunnyvale. One thing i would appreciate is customer handling. They give enough time and support during the sales process. They will be courteous and friendly and make you feel at home. I spend few hours on overall sales process and everything looked fine. But next day i discovered few things

1) I had spent significant time negotiating the deal and thought i got the best prices. The sales manager in fact told me that he will be at loss and showed me figures on his system (obviously by showing negative figure in your system does not mean you will not make any profit or good profit) But next day i met my colleague and found out that he bought the same model from them few days ago at lesser price and without negotiation. So crux of the matter, please do search well for the price and dont buy in their negative figures on their system. We all know they are not sitting to make loss

2) I paid everything via cash ( no mortgage) and they still ran my credit check. This really offended me and one of the key reasons for average feedback. So please ask them if they are gonna to run credit check without any reason. I personally didnt like much the finance guy as his smile and behavior was totally fake.

So far i don t have any other serious problem with them. Once again i would Thanks them for their good customer service ( compare to other toyota dealers in bay area) but they still have big scope to improve to provide excellent customer care.
