This review is just for the initial measure/sales appointment.

I signed up for the appointment a week ago, and was called yesterday to confirm the appointment. The representative confirmed that both me and my wife would be there. That made it clear to me that this would be a sales appointment, not just a measure & price appointment.

With that said, Charlie was great to talk to, he was effective in his sales pitch without being overly aggressive, and he set up our relationship to be consultative and ongoing vs. high pressure 'take it or leave it'.

The cost is high, but I will actively consider replacing the windows on one level of my home toward the end of the year.
