I went in for an oil change and tire rotation after a lengthy road trip. Fred Gregory had had the service techs check my Grand Cherokee before the trip and he had them give it a complete check yesterday, as well. Yesterday they found that the forest fires of the West had badly clogged my HVAC system. I don't believe that all service departments would have been thorough enough to catch this problem before I had limited a/c or damage to the system. This was a complete check even when I had not made an appointment. Smooth, friendly and very professional!
