I recently posted a positive review on this company but now 2 weeks later it is a very different story. They were very prompt about getting the dumpster the next day, but I had to call them after dumpster was picked up to get any kind of confrontation. They said it was picked up on that Monday but it wasn't picked up till the next day( I know that because my mother was at the rental). Now Im being charged a over weight fee!!!! When it was not even full. I began reading reviews after the pickup and this Apparently has happened to a lot of people using this service, do yourself a favor and use another company!!!!!!@......Im sorry but carpet and yard waste doesn't come out to 3.5 tons!!
