I had a 401(k) plan from a previous employer that I had neglected to keep up with for many years. Through some research and many phone calls, I finally landed on Millennium's doorstep where my funds had wound up. I was expertly assisted by Judy H at Client Services/Retirement Plans. Judy was extremely patient with me and was able to answer all my questions and provide me with all the information and tools I needed to update and manage my (now) IRA account. From initial contact with the infamous "dialing tree", to speaking to with a Client Services Representative (my situation was a bit involved), I didn't have to wait more than a few seconds at any step of the navigation to get to the best person to help me. Judy answered my questions, addressed my concerns, and provided all the follow-up information I needed, clearly and precisely, in just a few minutes. In the current reality of "customer service" often being somewhat less than optimal, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and quality of my experience with Millennium and their representative Judy. I realize that I'm just small potatoes in the big investment world, but I was treated as if I was their most valued customer. Thank you Millennium, and Judy in particular, for the outstanding experience.
As a side note, Millennium offers a broad selection of tools that make it extremely easy and efficient for one to self-manage investments. Supported by communication methods ranging from ink and paper to state-of-the art electronic mediums, as well as stellar Client Service staff, Millennium is a class act.
