Went to the Poole road location in Raleigh. First time I chalked it up as a bad day. Second time, nothing different. This was and is my last time coming. The inside was closed at 7 pm forcing you to the drive thru. Order taker got my order wrong and over charged me 10 dollars. Got and attitude when I asked him to repeat my order and corrected the mistake. Didn t give me a straw and last but not least, was rude with handing me my change. Bothered me so much I googled the store and called in my complaint.
