The wait for customer service phone line is minimum 15 minutes. This have horrible Service. Please do not buy from this company, they have terrible return service. The customer service is not good as well. The customer support is very bad. They speak too rude. They send items late and they take more than 4 weeks to give you refund on the return. Morever you pay returns from your own pocket. I haven't still got my refund yet. I feel this is fraudulent company.
Better to buy from amazon, walmart, target.. atleast you can get money back soon and they assit with return labels too..
