Front desk check in made it clear that I was a number, not a valued client. "Breakfast is served from 6 to 10. IT IS NOT COMPLIMENTARY!" No bottled water, no frills. (I lie, there was bottled water for $3 a pop.) A little bug in the bed in my sister's room. Since I was checking out, thought they could move her into my room. Nope! Hospital rates only apply to a room with a king and a couch, not two queens. After being told she could not move to my room, the next statement was, "let me know if there is anything I can do to help." Hmmm, just told you what would help....
