Horrible service due to time mismanagement. The evening was ruined before it started. Very arrogant service at the reception desk from Nicholas. Not suitable for a customer facing oriented job. Better put him somewhere else eg. as dishwasher. Food was great, when it finally was served and the headwaiter tried his best to cheer us up with a glass of complimentary champagne. Location is very nice, just sad, that we never will come back. Hope another better managed place will take over the mansion soon.
