With nearly 15 years of sales management experience under my belt the last thing I look for when shopping is to 'be sold'.
What I do look for is a quality product and a knowledgeable, no smoke and mirrors sales staff. For years now Ford/Lincoln has renewed my faith in American auto engineering. So for the quality product I am a believer in this brand. As for the sales staff Montgomery Motors has delivered multiple times for not only myself but several friends and family members. Each and every experience I have had with this dealer has been positive and encouraged me to render multiple referrals. I have never felt like the staff was working for a commission rather multiple times I have watched them rally together to be sure my needs were met. From simple service and repair requests to the purchase of multiple vehicles my experience has always been consistent. Even when faced with an intermittent issue on a Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln, Brandon and his manager Kelvin in service were determined to isolate and diagnose the problem. They not only succeeded, they insured that I had a vehicle to drive and made pickup/return convenient to my busy schedule. Every purchase I have made at Montgomery Motors has been handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency by Ben and his sales/finance staff. Most recently he shouldered the daunting task of searching for the right model and features with very little of my personal time spent. As for the financing I told him what I wanted to spend and he had a solution in no time. He allowed me top dollar for my trade and presented me with a new Explorer at an interest rate the Credit Union could not beat. The price was more competitive than not only local dealers but other online buying options as well. In summary Ford Motor Company is building a product America can trust and be proud of.....and Montgomery Motors is the place to get yours!
