Love my new car!! Had a great experience and thank you to Albert Medina for making it easy.

Update: I still love my car but I have to complain about the service I recently received. I brought my car in for 20k service and elected not to take loaner as I had a ride that day. I expected the service to take a couple of hours and to be called when completed. I never got a call so I started to get concerned and called my service advisor s number, Mike Smith, had to leave a message. He never called back so I called the service number and was informed it was closed. This was on Saturday and they were closed on Sunday so I had no car and had no idea if the service was completed. On top of it all my keys were left in the car. I went to the sales side, it was still opened and spoke to the sales manager, Shawn Bressman, to see if he could help me with my situation. He was terrible and absolutely no help what so ever. Said he couldn t give us a vehicle, that we should have taken the loaner, and that we could rent a car. Ask him to call the service manager, he completely refused. He never even looked up my name in the system or took my number. All he said was there was nothing he could do and that the service department opened at 7 on Monday. So I had to Uber there on Monday not even knowing what happened to my car. I expected better customer service from a high end car dealership and I am so disappointed that this may change any recommendations going forward. There is more than one Mercedes dealership around.
