I have recently sold a property with HouseSmart and had a great experience. Adam and Ann were incredibly responsive and took on my suggestions and they themselves provided a lot of advice. A throughly professional outfit and it is for this reason that I also have several properties currently managed by HouseSmart. They have managed my properties for several years and I am happy with the level of service that is provided to me - monthly statements are always on time, if there are any issues with the properties they let me know as soon as they possible and they are always available if I have any queries.
