Ordered a Cannondale Topstone all the way from Virginia. The customer service experience was amazing. In particular, Roy helped me every step of the way, laid eyes on the bike to make sure it was actually in stock before shipping, and went above and beyond with his emails and expediting getting the bike shipped to me. I will be giving Mack s more of my business and hope to swing by there the next time I m in Miami!
