Horrible experience. We needed to get service done due to a Hondat recall not our idea. My husband called and was told to bring the car in at 730 am- although they weren t even open yet...
He dropped the keys in the box and we went back to our days. Ps we live 30 mins away, both have full time jobs. Also this was Valentine s Day and all driving was done in the hellish Asheville rush hour. We rushed back out after work at 5 pm to find the car untouched, the appt Ignored, and the keys never even seem in the drop box. After spending almost 3 hours of my day diriving back and fourth to not even have the car touched I was livid. Oh and the fix took 30 mins so why did we need to drop off all day ??? Literally wasted hours in my day, at lest $10 in gas and all ON Valentine s Day. Thanks guys.
