I just finished the 6 week challenge and met my go...

I just finished the 6 week challenge and met my goals! CF has some great trainers and they push you to do more reps and more weight during each exercise. They have a variety of classes & give you a meal plan to help you achieve your goals during the 6 weeks. A lot of self motivation combined with training can go along way! I m excited to get my deposit back for the challenge :)
