We visited Chateau Lake Louise the second week in January and this two night stay was one of the more enjoyable hotel experiences I've had. The staff were incredibly pleasant, helpful and had excellent customer service. We arrived midweek and received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room overlooking the lake and access to the Fairmont Gold lounge, which was a fantastic addition to our stay.
We enjoyed our dinner at Walliser Stube and would highly recommend the mushroom fondue and schnitzel!
We appreciated the close proximity to the Lake Louise ski resort and all of the activities the hotel offered - we enjoyed a chilly sleigh ride around the lake at 5 pm - which was just enough time to see the moon rise over the hotel. And nothing beats being surrounded by mountains - absolutely beautiful.
We are eager to come back to the hotel and enjoy the summer activities, but would come back in the winter in a heartbeat. Thank you for the wonderful experience CLL!
